We do not process special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) and we never ask for them. Please do not put such data in messages or in order notes.
We never see or store your card number. You enter card details directly with the payment provider; we only receive the outcome of the transaction.
We share data only as far as the purposes above require. Categories of recipients:
The list of the specific entities we entrust data to: [[LIST OF PROCESSORS — to be completed to match reality]]. We also provide it on request sent to the address in section 1.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
Send your request to the e-mail address in section 1. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving it.
Complaint to a supervisory authority. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl). If you live in another EEA country, you may also complain to your own national supervisory authority.
As a rule we process data within the EEA. Where a tool provider processes data outside the EEA, this happens under a European Commission adequacy decision or under standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), together with an assessment of the transfer. We provide a copy of the safeguards on request sent to the address in section 1.
Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary. Without address and contact details we cannot fulfil an order, without invoicing details we cannot issue an invoice, and without an e-mail address we cannot send the newsletter. Signing up to the newsletter is never a condition of buying.
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR). The anti-bot mechanism protecting our forms assesses the nature of a request rather than a person and does not decide about your rights — if it wrongly rejects you, simply contact us by e-mail.
We may update this policy when the law, the scope of our services or the tools we use change. A new version applies from the day it is published on this page. We notify newsletter subscribers by e-mail about material changes that affect them.
